By downloading or using Cosmic Merging (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
AstroLexis grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The App is licensed, not sold.
The App offers optional in-app purchases for gem packs (consumable) and cosmetic skins (non-consumable). All purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit; refunds are subject to Apple's policies. We do not handle or store payment information.
Gems and cosmetic skins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or redeemed outside the App.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to modify the App, except where permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use the App in a way that disrupts other players or violates any law.
We may release updates from time to time. Updates may add, remove, or change features and in-app purchases. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated experience.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AstroLexis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroLexis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. AstroLexis may discontinue the App or remove it from the App Store at its discretion. Consumable purchases (gems) used before discontinuation are not refundable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Apple's EULA terms also apply.

Al descargar o usar Cosmic Merging (la "App"), aceptás estos Términos de Uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses la App.
AstroLexis te otorga una licencia personal, no transferible y no exclusiva para usar la App en dispositivos Apple que poseas o controles, según lo permitido por el EULA de Aplicaciones Licenciadas de Apple. La App se licencia, no se vende.
La App ofrece compras opcionales: packs de gemas (consumibles) y skins cosméticos (no consumibles). Apple procesa todas las compras vía StoreKit; los reembolsos están sujetos a las políticas de Apple. No manejamos ni almacenamos información de pago.
Las gemas y skins cosméticos son ítems virtuales sin valor monetario real. No se pueden canjear por efectivo, transferir entre cuentas, ni redimir fuera de la App.
Aceptás no realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar ni modificar la App, salvo en lo permitido por la ley aplicable. Aceptás no usar la App de forma que viole leyes vigentes.
Podemos publicar actualizaciones periódicamente. Las actualizaciones pueden agregar, eliminar o modificar funcionalidades y compras dentro de la App. El uso continuado tras una actualización implica aceptación.
La App se ofrece "como está", sin garantías de ningún tipo. AstroLexis declina todas las garantías, expresas o implícitas, incluyendo comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un propósito particular y no infracción, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley. AstroLexis no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso de la App.
Podés dejar de usar la App en cualquier momento desinstalándola. AstroLexis puede discontinuar la App o retirarla del App Store a su discreción. Las compras consumibles (gemas) ya utilizadas no son reembolsables.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Uruguay, sin considerar principios de conflicto de leyes. También aplican los términos del EULA de Apple.
