These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by AstroLexis LLC ("AstroLexis," "we," "us," or "our"), including Kulvex AI, Nexo Core, Nexo Trading, SmartSolar, and our website at astrolexis.space. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By using any AstroLexis product or service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Kulvex AI is a local AI assistant that runs entirely on your hardware. AstroLexis does not access, process, or store any data generated through Kulvex AI. You are solely responsible for the content you create and the use of AI-generated outputs.
Nexo Core is a home automation platform. You are responsible for the configuration and security of devices connected through Nexo Core.
Nexo Trading is a business platform for import and resale operations. You are responsible for complying with all applicable trade laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
SmartSolar is a solar energy management platform. Installation and use of solar hardware should comply with local electrical codes and regulations.

All AstroLexis products, branding, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of AstroLexis LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products in accordance with these Terms.
Content you create using our products remains yours. By using our services, you do not transfer ownership of your content to AstroLexis.
Certain products or features may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise noted, payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroLexis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to AstroLexis in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
